Middle and High school students are invited to join our Magic: The Gathering club. Each week we will play the popular card game. Don't know how to play? Come along anyway and we'll teach you! The club generally plays historic Commander style decks, but all deck styles are welcome!

Homeschoolers of all ages are invited to our Homeschool Activity Club every Friday at 10:30! We will do a variety of activities from STEM challenges to process art based crafts. No registration is required, you can drop in any week.

Join us as we discuss books that are eligible for the 2026 Stonewall Mike Morgan and Larry Romans Children's and Young Adult Literature Award. These awards are given annually to English-language books of exceptional merit relating to the LGBTQIA+ experience. Our group will meet once a month to discuss eligible books. In January 2026 we will have a Mock Stonewall vote to decide which books our mock committee believes should win the award. Contact Ann Carpenter at acarpenter@clamsnet.org for more information. We would like this to be a multi-generational book discussion, both adults and students grades 5 and above are invited to participate. 

Meetings will be held at 10:30 on Saturdays towards the beginning of the month. Because of staffing needs, it will sometimes be the first Saturday, and sometimes the second Saturday. Here is a list of the proposed meeting dates:

March 8, April 5, May 3, June 14, July 12, August 9, September 6, October 4, November 1, December 13, and January 3.

Mark McGrath will present a talk on Artificial Intelligence (AI), geared to an audience that may not know a lot about AI, but is eager to learn. No technical knowledge is required - the more curiosity you have, the more you will enjoy AI. Mark will discuss personal uses for AI, including talking about errors that may be generated by the technology, and will also look at AI and society, leading a nontechnical discussion on AI's role in medicine, education, and other fields moving into the future.
